Heavy-duty sliding freezer door with 100mm door leaf made of high-density polyurethane foam (42kg/m³), designed for maximum impact resistance and excellent thermal insulation. It features a galvanized steel sheet coating with PVC finish and perimeter EPDM gaskets for complete sealing. Equipped with an aluminum sliding mechanism and maintenance-free rollers, ensuring smooth operation and reliability.

✔ For sliding doors wider than 1.60m, a standard easy-open lever is included, while for widths under 1.60m, both internal and external handles are provided.

DESCRIPTION

Sliding freezer door HDNTPS100 with sweeper gasket

Series: Heavy Duty

The heavy-duty sliding freezer door is designed for demanding professional environments that require high durability and excellent thermal insulation. It features a special PVC surface, which provides outstanding protection against mechanical stress such as impacts, dents, and scratches, while ensuring a long service life.

The door leaf with a thickness of 100mm is manufactured using injected expanded polyurethane foam with a density of 42kg/m³, offering top thermal performance for freezer applications. The external coating consists of galvanized steel sheet with a PVC layer, while EPDM sealing gaskets are installed around the perimeter to ensure maximum airtightness.

The sliding mechanism is made of high-strength aluminum, with synthetic rollers that require no maintenance, ensuring smooth and reliable operation in daily use.

For doors wider than 1.60m, a standard easy-opening lever is included, while for smaller widths internal and external handles are provided (upon request at no extra charge). The package includes all necessary mounting materials for installation.
