Hinged chiller cold room door with sweeper gasket and 80mm thick door leaf. It is constructed with a heavy-duty thermally broken frame, 130mm width, 45mm thickness & 4.5mm material thickness. Tamper-resistant design with anti-theft adjustable hinges for easy installation and a lock and key. Available in the RAL 9002 color.

Hinged Chiller cold room door HDPTP100 with sweeper gasket

Series: Heavy Duty

Hinged cold room door for chilled storage, equipped with a sweeper gasket and a special PVC surface designed for high mechanical resistance (dents, scratches, etc.) and excellent thermal performance. It is available with an 100mm thick door leaf for chamber thicknesses from 60mm to 200mm and a thermally broken frame. Maximum available size: 1500x2050mm.
Installation materials and installation instructions are included in the package.

Available on request, also with a PVC cold room curtain in door-size dimensions.

Excellent thermal insulation

Hermetic sealing of the door without thermal bridges.

Reduced energy consumption

The excellent insulation and sealing properties of polystyrene contribute to energy savings.

Anti-vandal panel surface

Panel surface made of solid PVC, 1.5mm thick.
