The HDPTPS80 sliding chiller door from the Heavy Duty series is an ideal solution for cold rooms and professional facilities that require high durability, excellent thermal insulation, and reliable day-to-day operation.

The 80mm thick door leaf is manufactured using injected expanded polyurethane foam with a density of 42kg/m³, providing outstanding thermal performance and increased energy efficiency. The special high-resistance PVC surface offers effective protection against mechanical stress such as impacts, dents, and scratches, making it suitable for demanding professional environments.

The door is equipped with an aluminum sliding mechanism and synthetic rollers, ensuring smooth and quiet operation without the need for maintenance. In addition, the sweeper gasket improves sealing performance and helps reduce cooling loss.

The package includes all necessary mounting materials along with detailed installation instructions for quick and secure installation.

For sliding doors wider than 1.60m, an easy-opening lever is included as standard equipment, while smaller dimensions are supplied with internal and external handles.

The decorative cover is not included in the standard package and is available upon request at an additional cost.
