Product Return Policy

You have the right to return purchased products and request their replacement under the following conditions:

  • When there is an error or defect due to Theoprofil’s fault, such as incorrect products, poor quality, order, invoicing or shipping mistakes, or products damaged during transport or with inadequate packaging. Returns must be made promptly, and the product must be in its original, sealed factory packaging, without removal of the protective film (Stretch Film), maintaining the same bundling or palletizing as when received. Also, it must be accompanied by the original receipt or warranty certificate. The product must be in the condition it was received, without damage and with all accompanying documents (e.g. invoice, receipt).
  • If products are returned with different packaging, bundling, or palletizing, we reserve the right to refuse repair or replacement. Please fill out the return form below and print it or write the details on a paper to include with the product for quick processing by the receiving department and inspection by the technical team.
  • Replacement or repair is done only if there is a genuine defect (functional or quality-related) covered by Theoprofil’s warranty or concerns products of our own manufacture. Products under warranty from third-party manufacturers or representatives are not covered. Products purchased from us via representatives do not necessarily have warranty or technical support from them. For quick service, you may contact the respective representatives or ask for our assistance at info@theoprofil.com or fax 22310 68008 to help communicate with them. We do not guarantee that representatives will acknowledge responsibility. Products must be installed properly by experienced personnel; otherwise, warranty does not apply.
    The maximum return period for replacement is 15 days from receipt. The product must be in its original factory condition, undamaged, with all documents (e.g. invoice, receipt). Please contact Theoprofil’s online store before returning.

To be eligible for return and replacement, you must:

  1. Contact the Online Store on the same or next working day.
  2. Ensure the product has not been used at all.
  3. Include all necessary documents proving purchase (e.g. invoice, receipt).

If the return is not made within 15 days, Theoprofil may refuse the return and replacement.

Order cancellations are only accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Before completing your order, you can press the “Cancel” button located at the bottom left of your screen during checkout to stop the process.
  2. If the order has been completed but the product has not been shipped, you can contact us via the contact form or at info@theoprofil.com to cancel it.
  3. After receiving the product, you may request cancellation by contacting us via form or email, stating the reason for cancellation. We will inform you of the available options.
  4. If a product does not satisfy you and has not been opened or tampered with, you may return it at your own expense after contacting us. Products cut before receipt, such as metal sheets, polyurethane panels, polycarbonate sheets, etc., are not returnable. If the product is defective, you may return it at our expense after contacting us.

We offer warranties ranging from 5 years up to lifetime (depending on the product) for repair or replacement of products manufactured by us. Spare parts for refrigeration doors (latches, seals, hinges, etc.) are covered only if installed by us to avoid damage from improper installation.
Imported products or Greek products from other representatives have warranties from the respective representatives, which cover only their repair or replacement. Please ask us for representatives’ service phone numbers. Return shipping costs for products that do not satisfy the customer are borne by the customer.
In case of a defective product, contact us at 24210 09068 or info@theoprofil.com for assistance from our technicians. If the problem cannot be resolved by phone, the product must be returned to our store (10th km Volos – Larissa, 38500). Technical inspection is free of charge.
If the product is deemed defective, we will handle replacement or repair via the representative or factory, provided it is under warranty and properly installed by an authorized technician. This must be proven by a service receipt clearly describing the work and materials, in line with the purchase invoice.
Return shipping can be covered by us if we organize it, or by you if you use your own courier. If not covered by warranty, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If the representative does not recognize the defect, there is no compensation or replacement, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For this reason, ensure the product is installed correctly to avoid additional charges.
You may send the product via your own courier or with “ELTA Door-to-Door” and a transport company we recommend, with the cost covered by us for the latter to offer you a better price. For remote areas, costs differ and you must contact us.
The time for receipt by the receiving department depends on the period and takes 2-5 working days plus transport time (1-6 working days).
Please fill out the return form below and print it or write the details on paper to include with the product. This helps quick processing by the receiving and technical inspection departments.
Remember: a copy of the purchase receipt and warranty, as well as the completed return form, are mandatory.
