Product Shipping Methods:

Pickup from Theoprofil store [4th KM Lamia – Stylida National Road, Agia Paraskevi Fthiotida and 10th km Volos – Larisa, 38500]We recommend as the best, cheapest, and fastest way to order to place your order online through our website. Also, we recommend using our Online Chat system, which appears at the bottom left of our website, as the best communication method.
Always precede by contacting us through the Online Chat system (visible bottom left on every page) or confirm by e-mail or phone that the product you are interested in is in stock. Please note that prices for in-store pickup on some products may be higher if no online order has been made through our website beforehand. Each product with a different price clearly shows an Internet WEB Price and an In-Store Pickup Price. The WEB price refers to online orders with delivery to the customer’s address or the Agia Paraskevi Fthiotida branch (which operates automatically without staff).
Store hours: all working days and hours – except days when the company is closed for summer holidays, which will be posted on our website: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00.
WARNING! Product availability may not be final due to possible incorrect information from our suppliers or inventory miscount. Each product states the estimated delivery time. Our shipping department will contact you for updates.
Delivery by Courier – Some products can be shipped via ELTA Door-to-Door courier if they are small-sized and single orders. (Delivery within 1-3 business days depending on destination and time period. During peak order times like Christmas or Easter, delivery times may vary, and customers will be informed accordingly).
· For remote areas in Greece, shipping and packaging costs may increase, and you will be informed by the shipping department.
· Saturday delivery (considered a non-working day) via courier has an additional charge of €1.85 plus 23% VAT. Please mention this in the order comments during checkout.
· Products are insured for the customer’s account under the courier company’s responsibility. After delivery and receipt, responsibility transfers to the customer.
NOTE: Courier delivery is not possible in some remote areas. In such cases, shipment is done via regular postal service (ELTA).
· For products sent for inspection, modification, replacement not caused by us, or repairs/service, shipping costs are borne by the customer both ways (delivery and return). Please pack the products similarly to how you received them. Since our products are heavy and delicate, please photograph them before shipping and after packaging to get our approval. If packaging is not approved, you will be asked to repackage according to our instructions. We recommend photographing our original packaging for reference and use our materials when possible. Damages during shipping may reduce your compensation or require partial payment for replacement products. Don’t forget to include the purchase receipt photocopy.
We accept with our charge only parcels shipped via ELTA Door-to-Door or cooperating transport companies if the return is due to our fault.
You may ship with any other courier company at your own expense (sender’s charge), which can save you shipping costs but you will cover shipment and return charges.
You can also deliver products in person to our branch at 4th KM Lamia – Stylida National Road, Agia Paraskevi Fthiotida.
Delivery by freight company or transport agency serving all Greece. Recommended for heavy and bulky items to benefit from freight company rates. Indicative prices per parcel start from about €4.50 + 23% VAT. (Cash on delivery is not accepted via freight. Payment is made by other methods provided by our company). [Delivery time: 1-7 business days depending on workload and parcel pickup from the agency’s headquarters]. Freight companies deliver to agency offices in all regional capitals and major cities in Greece. Shipping costs are borne by the recipient. The shipping price depends on the agency and parcel volume. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically by entering the postal code of the delivery address. Note: For islands, you must enter the postal code of the agency office in Athens or Thessaloniki where products will be delivered. Our obligation ends at delivering the products to the chosen agency office in Athens or Thessaloniki, which you must specify. Please provide the agency name and phone number during checkout in the comments.
Delivery restrictions apply when:
Vehicle circulation or parking is prohibited on the street.
No freight agency delivers to the specific location. In this case, the customer must pick up the products from the nearest agency warehouse.
The freight truck cannot turn or park due to road unsuitability or slipperiness.
For delivery via freight, payment must be deposited to our bank account at one of the contracted banks listed below. You can check shipping costs per product by clicking the “Calculate Shipping” button. Not all shipping methods are available for all products, e.g., 3-meter pallets cannot be shipped by courier. (If the product weight shown by the system is incorrect, do not worry; a final check is done before shipment and you will be informed of any changes).
Delivery times:
· If the product is in stock, delivery is within 1 to 7 business days depending on destination, using courier services. For very remote or hard-to-reach areas, add 1-3 days. Each product shows estimated delivery time.
· If the product is out of stock or unavailable immediately, contact Theoprofil sales department for delivery date or substitution.
· Theoprofil imports products from well-known European manufacturers and also purchases from Greek manufacturers regarding side coverings, cladding for buildings, refrigeration chambers, and related accessories, aiming to offer the best market prices. If you find our products cheaper elsewhere, contact us and we will try to offer you a better price if possible.
Order processing time may range from 2 to 10 days depending on workload and stock availability. If your order will be loaded after 3 days, you will be notified by phone or email about the loading date.
