The return must be made immediately and the product must be in its original, sealed factory packaging, without the protective film (Stretch Film) having been removed, and with the same bundling or palletization as when you received it. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or warranty document. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, without damage and with all accompanying documents (e.g. invoice, receipt).<\/li>\r\n<li>If the products are returned with different packaging, bundling or palletization, we reserve the right to refuse repair or replacement. Please complete the returns form below and print it, or write the details on a piece of paper, so that you can include it with the product for quick processing by the receiving department and inspection by the technical department.<\/li>\r\n<li>Replacement or repair is carried out only if there is an actual defect (functional or quality-related) covered by Theoprofil&#8217;s warranty or involving a product manufactured by us. Products covered by warranties from third-party manufacturers or distributors are not covered. Products purchased by us through distributors do not necessarily have a warranty or technical support from those distributors. For faster service, you may contact the respective distributors directly, or request our assistance at info@theoprofil.com so that we can support you in communicating with them. We do not guarantee that the distributors will acknowledge responsibility. Products must be properly installed by experienced personnel; otherwise, they are not covered by warranty. <br \/><strong>The maximum return period for replacement is 15 days from the date of receipt.<\/strong> The product must be in its original factory condition, without damage, and with all documents (e.g. invoice, receipt). Before returning the product, you must contact Theoprofil Online Store.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>For a return and replacement to be accepted, you must:<\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>Contact the Online Store on the same day or the next working day.<\/li>\r\n<li>The product must not have been used at all.<\/li>\r\n<li>It must be accompanied by all necessary documents proving the purchase (e.g. invoice, receipt).<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p>If the product is not returned within 15 days, Theoprofil may refuse the return and replacement.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Order cancellation is only possible in the following cases:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>Before completing your order, you can click the \u201cCancel\u201d button that appears at the bottom left of your screen during the checkout process to stop the process.<\/li>\r\n<li>If the order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can contact us through the contact form or at info@theoprofil.com to request cancellation.<\/li>\r\n<li>After receiving the product, you may request cancellation by contacting us via the form or email, stating the reason for cancellation. We will inform you of the available options.<\/li>\r\n<li>If a product does not meet your expectations and has not been opened or tampered with, you may return it at your own expense after contacting us. <strong>Products that have been cut before delivery, such as sheet metal, polyurethane panels, polycarbonate sheets, etc., cannot be returned. If the product is defective, you may return it at our expense after contacting us.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p>We offer a <strong>warranty ranging from 5 years up to a lifetime warranty<\/strong> (depending on the product) for the repair or replacement of products manufactured by us. Spare parts for cold room doors (closers, gaskets, hinges, etc.) are covered only if installed by us, in order to prevent damage caused by improper installation. <br \/> Imported products or Greek products from another distributor are covered by the warranty of the respective distributor, which covers only the repair or replacement provided by that distributor. Ask us for the service contact numbers of the distributors. Return shipping costs for products that do not meet the customer&#8217;s expectations are borne by the customer. <br \/> In the event of a defective product, contact us at 24210 09068 or at info@theoprofil.com for assistance from our technicians. If the problem cannot be resolved by phone, you must return the product to our store (70 Iolkou Street, Dimini, Magnesia, 38500). The technical inspection is carried out free of charge. <br \/> If the product is found to be defective, we undertake its replacement or repair through the distributor or factory, provided that it is covered by warranty and has been properly installed by an authorized service provider. This must be proven by a copy of the service invoice\/document clearly describing the work and materials, in accordance with the purchase invoice. <br \/> The return may be made at our expense for shipping costs if we arrange it, or at your expense if you use your own courier. If the product is not covered by warranty, transportation costs are borne by the customer. <br \/> If the distributor does not acknowledge the defect, no compensation or replacement product will be provided, and return costs will be borne by the customer. Therefore, make sure that the product has been properly installed to avoid additional charges. <br \/> You may send the product using your own courier or via \u201cELTA Door-to-Door\u201d and a transport company that we will recommend, with the cost covered by us for the latter option, so that you can obtain a better rate. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, the cost is different and you must contact us. <br \/> The time required for receipt by the receiving department depends on the period, and takes 2\u20135 working days, plus the transportation time (1\u20136 working days). <br \/> Please complete the returns form below and print it, or write the details on a piece of paper, so that you can include it with the product.
