Elastotan Adhesive Grey

Elastotan Adhesive Grey color for sealing joints on anti-slip floors of cold rooms.
ELASTOTAN is a one-component elastomeric joint sealant that cures by atmospheric moisture. It has excellent adhesion without primer on common building materials. Its functional elongation reaches ± 25% over a wide temperature range.

Silicone Physical Properties:

• Specific gravity, approx.: 1.34
• Thixotropy (ISO 7390): Thixotropic (non-sagging)
• Skin formation time (at 23°C, 50% relative humidity): 7-25 min
• Non-tacky time (at 23°C, 50% relative humidity): approx. 2 h
• Curing speed (at 23°C, 50% relative humidity): 2-3 mm/1 day, 7-9 mm/7 days
• Application temperature range: +5 to +40 °C
• Resistance to temperature changes: from -50 to 120 °C
• Functional elongation: ± 25%
• Hardness (Shore A – ASTM 2240, 6 mm film thickness): approx. 21
• Recovery (ISO 7389): approx. 95%

• Tensile stress at 100% elongation: 0.62 MPa
• Tensile stress at break: 1.2 MPa
• Elongation at break: approx. 500%
