Product Warranties

1. Products with manufacturer’s or Theoprofil warranty

  • Cold room doors: Covered by a 5-year warranty for proper operation, excluding normal wear and tear on locks, hinges, seals, heaters, mechanisms, and other consumable parts.

2. Products without warranty

  • PVC Curtains: Not covered by warranty but have an estimated lifespan of 10 years.
  • Hygienic parts: Not covered by warranty but practically have lifetime durability.

3. Products with optional extended warranty or buy-back guarantee.

  • Cold room doors: The extended warranty works as a buy-back guarantee. By purchasing an extended warranty for a door at an additional cost, after five years from the purchase date, you can return the door to us and receive a brand-new, unused identical replacement.

Restrictions:

1. You must have the purchase receipt/invoice.

2. The door must be sent back in its original packaging (which you must keep).

3. Shipping costs to and from our company are borne by the customer.

4. The door must be in used condition but not vandalized to be covered by the warranty. Normal wear such as broken hinges, locks, mechanisms, slight dents on door leaves, etc., is acceptable. However, broken frames or heavily damaged door leaves void the buy-back agreement.

  • Polyurethane Panels: The optional extended warranty you can purchase for each panel covers a 3-year immediate replacement warranty in the following cases:
    1. If the sheet metal rusts or detaches from the polyurethane foam (blistering).
    2. If the foam shrinks.

Restrictions:

  1. Shipping costs to and from our company are exclusively borne by the customer.
  2. Warranty applies only if panels are installed at a distance greater than 1 km from the sea.
  3. Warranty does not cover possible color fading due to exposure to sunlight.
