Product Damage/Loss Policy
Our products are shipped via partner courier companies with scheduled routes from Lamia to Athens and Thessaloniki.
If you receive the products directly from the headquarters of the partner companies and notice any issue upon receipt (not later), our company assumes responsibility.
If you request the transfer of the products to a courier company of your choice (based in Athens or Thessaloniki), our responsibility for the products ends at the moment we hand them over to the company you selected.
The chosen courier company must inspect the products upon receipt from us and sign the delivery note confirming that they received them in perfect condition. If there is a problem, the company must refuse to sign and notify us. We will replace the product as soon as possible. If the courier company wishes, it may sign the document with a reservation due to a quality issue.
If the products arrive at their destination and you are asked to sign the delivery note, you must first carefully check for any damages. If the products are in perfect condition, sign and accept the delivery. If not, do not sign or accept delivery and hold the courier responsible for compensation. Signing without inspection means you accept the products in perfect condition and release the courier from liability.
If the courier claims that the loader is at fault, you should point out that by signing the delivery note, they acknowledged the products were in perfect condition.
If you consider the packaging inadequate, please note that our products are intended for industrial use and are not packaged like consumer goods. They are protected with stretch film, as is standard worldwide. If you wish, you may request that the products be loaded on special wooden pallets with an additional charge that will be communicated to you.
