Cooling panels are structural elements used for the construction of refrigerators, cold storage chambers, food production and preservation areas, clean rooms, sterilize rooms, as well as for the construction of internal and external walls. They are used in spaces where controlled temperature and humidity conditions are essential.

Cold storage chamber panels consist of two steel sheets, either flat or lightly profiled, with a polyurethane foam core injected between them. Both the external and internal profiles of the steel sheets vary aesthetically depending on the shaping applied. Thus, depending on the aesthetic requirements of the construction, the customer can choose from six different profiles. The special male-female joint design at the panel edges ensures perfect sealing, increased thermal insulation, elimination of condensation, and avoidance of thermal bridges.

The easy and fast installation of cold storage panels as well as their perfect fit make them the ideal solution for all applications in industrial refrigeration, as well as wherever internal and external walls with impressive appearance are required.

Panels for refrigerator construction are available in thicknesses ranging from 80mm to 200mm. For 80mm & 100mm thickness, there is an option for hidden fastening. The edges along the panels are specially shaped to form male-female joints, ensuring concealed fastening (covering the fastening screw). Polyisocyanurate type refrigerator panels are available in 80mm, 100mm, and 120mm thicknesses.

Cold storage chamber panels are mostly produced from galvanized, primed, and painted steel sheets, but there is also the option to order them made from aluminum or stainless steel sheets, as well as with a PVC coating for additional moisture resistance.
