You can pay for your order using the following methods:

Bank Account Deposit

Deposit the amount into one of the following Theoprofil bank accounts.
Note: The deposit must be made within 3 business days from the order date, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled.

Required:
The deposit slip must include your full name and order number (if available).
After the deposit, please send us a confirmation email at info@theoprofil.com.

Payment by Credit / Debit Card via Viva Payments

Accepted cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, MAESTRO, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS
Payments are made through the secure environment of Viva Payments.

Procedure:

  • After selecting this payment method, you will receive an email with a link to the Viva system.

  • There, you enter your card details securely (encrypted connection).

Note:

  • The cardholder must be present during the delivery with their card.

  • Receipt by a third party is not permitted.

  • For corporate cards, the company name must appear on the card.

Payment via IRIS

You can complete your payment immediately and without fees via the IRIS service from your bank’s e-banking application.

Enter the VAT number 128586394 in the recipient field.

Payment is reflected to us almost in real-time. For even faster service, you can send the transaction receipt to info@theoprofil.com.
