DESCRIPTION:


Cold room door hinged, with a special PVC surface suitable for high mechanical stress (dents, scratches, etc.) and excellent thermal efficiency. Available with leaf thickness 80/100mm and a thermally broken frame. Can be manufactured with a threshold or with a brush-type gasket. Maximum available size 1500x2050mm. The package includes mounting accessories and installation instructions. Also available with a PVC strip curtain in corresponding dimensions.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Colour : RAL 9002 (standard colour / available in inox and any RAL colour of your choice with additional charge*).

Panel surface : Solid PVC 1.5mm thick in RAL9002 colour with maximum resistance to mechanical stress (dents, scratches, etc.).

Operating temperature : up to 0°C.

Door leaf thickness : 80mm (HDPTP80) / 100mm (HDPTP100).

Perimeter gasket : Dual extrusion for better sealing and thermal break from EPDM.

Brush gasket : Thermally insensitive PVC gasket.

Lock ** : Has the ability to unlock from inside even if locked from outside (panic case). Comes with 2 keys.

Inspection window ** : Round.

Suitable for cold room panel thickness : 60-200mm

* Colour other than RAL9002 available with panel surface made of steel sheet 45μm thick. The inox variant is made from stainless steel sheet 60μm thick. ** Not included in standard equipment

Hinges : Capacity 80kg / pair or 120kg / triple set, adjustable in all directions during door installation (in-out-up-down) with a return assist system and anti-theft system.

Door frame : Thermally broken heavy-duty PVC frame. Frame width 130mm, thickness 45mm & material thickness 4.5mm, impact resistant for installation on panels from 40mm – 200mm with counterframe 86mm wide and 5.5mm thick in standard equipment. Possibility of stainless steel (inox) cladding of the frame.
