Theoprofil cold room doors, at the best market prices and with superior quality compared to the competition. A complete range of cold room doors, as well as small refrigeration chamber doors, with uncompromising quality at excellent prices.
Do not buy doors from just anywhere. Trust only specialists. You will not save money. You will end up buying them more expensively and consuming more electricity. We are Greek manufacturers and we produce cold room doors equal or even superior to many European manufacturers.
Theoprofil cold room doors feature innovative design with the most modern aesthetics and the highest-quality European components, as we source our accessories exclusively from leading European manufacturers and not from anonymous Asian suppliers. And remember: By purchasing from Greek manufacturers you support the Greek economy.
See prices for cold room doors in our online storeAlthough our cold room doors come at very competitive prices with many extras, in every case you will save even more money in a very short period of time! This happens because our cold room doors offer better insulation. Specifically, we use thicker door leaves by 12mm (80mm instead of 68mm) for chiller rooms, by 10mm (100mm instead of 90mm) for freezer rooms, and by 30mm (150mm instead of 120mm) for deep-freezer rooms compared to our competitors. For this exact reason, your chamber’s compressor will ALWAYS consume less electricity.
We started production from scratch after market research with the goal of creating the best possible product…
We couldn’t have the best product without also having the most beautiful one. Many of you would never buy an ugly door even if it had better insulation. Our cold room doors had to be the most attractive to succeed. We use a modern curved door leaf compared to the classic squared one used by competitors, WITHOUT any visible rivets on the door. All other companies worldwide have hinged doors with visible rivets and sliding doors with even more visible rivets. The best part: We are the only company worldwide that, since 2016, manufactures the door panel from German solid PVC 1.7mm thick on each side. Competitors use steel sheet 0.60mm thick on each side.
The most common questions our customers ask before purchasing a cold room door:
- I was offered a door at a special price, but they told me it is made of special marine plywood coated with stainless steel. Should I buy it? – Do not buy it. You should purchase a real cold room door, not something marketed as one. Indeed, this was the method used years ago, but although new materials exist, some companies still manufacture such doors… Such a door is outdated technology, heavier, its wooden frame and leaf will eventually rot, and it has 70% worse insulation. Finally, due to the outdated manufacturing process, it costs more!
- My refrigeration technician said he can build a door himself to save money. Should I buy it? – We’ll answer with a question! A DIY door may be €100 cheaper. Do you know how many thousands of euros you will pay in extra electricity over 20 years? This happens because the compressor will struggle to reach the desired temperature due to the inadequate door. Moreover, large cold room doors, doors with hidden mounting (without drilling the frame), and sliding cold room doors cannot be made without proper infrastructure, knowledge, and specialized components…
- Is a cold room door really that important? My chamber is small and costs only €400, so why should a cold room door cost about the same? – Yes, this is a case that can happen! But it’s better to spend €400 on a proper cold room door than pay €4000 more in electricity over the next 5 years… Cold room doors are responsible for 80% of the chamber’s performance. The other 10% comes from the panel thickness and the remaining 10% from the efficiency of the compressor and the evaporator unit.

- Superior door leaves 102mm thick for freezer doors up to -20 °C. Competitors offer 90–92mm and recommend them for -25 °C. Again, imagine the energy savings.

- All our doors include a support frame for 5-minute installation and a fastening system with through-bolt instead of relying only on the heating element and polyurethane foam.
